Changing eating habits
Initially it is recommended that you eat “house” products or if you prefer go the route of buying gluten-free products and food alternatives.

Dairy products
There are many yogurts and other dairy products that contain gluten. One way to avoid running into an allegric reaction is to switch your dairy products to soy products. There are also all kinds of flavours of soy products and you can choose one to your liking.
Food supplements
The advantage of taking natural food supplements is to replace the nutrients that your body lacks because you are not getting these vitamins or nutrients in your diet. Food supplements will help strengthen your natural defenses. You can also take vitamins B and D which will give you tone.
Eating raw organic vegetables
Raw vegetables will give you supplements of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and help you and your body get the elements and enzymes that are needed to maintain good health.
Meat
Meat is not banned for those who have a gluten allergy. But, it’s wise to double-check and make sure they don’t include any gluten. Some minced meat has been known to contain traces of gluten.

Here’s a recipe we found for muffins with pumpkin and carrots – 100% gluten free!
You will need :
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teapsoon of vanilla
- 1/3 a glass of mashed cooked carrots
- 3 cups of rice flour
- 1 teapsoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 teapsoon of ground cinnamon
Mix sugar, egg whites, whole egg and oil in a bowl.
Beat mixture until it’s light and fluffy. Add applesauce, mashed carrots and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda, and add them into the mixture.
Pour your mixture into your muffin molds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F.
